What I like Most About the No Nonsense Muscle Building Program

After reading this training manual for the first time I actually discovered some of the *bone head* mistakes I was making in my high school and early college days that prevented me from gaining weight and what I should've been to doing “really” build muscle. So yeah, this training manual is definitely a good read, from that perspective.

These meal plans tell you exactly what to eat, when to eat, and they even come with all-out grocery lists (my guess is so you don't look like an idiot in the supermarket when it’s time to go food shopping).

The cool thing is you don’t have to be a WHIZ in the kitchen to follow & prepare these meals because they’re actually pretty quick, easy and straight forward. Plus the program comes with meals for vegetarians which I found quite interesting.

But the 1 thing that I liked the most the Cheap Meal Plans. Being a fitness enthusiast myself, I know how expensive going on a muscle building diet can be which is why I really like that this program gives you the option to get these cheap meal plans which still do the trick but are designed for people with tighter budgets.

The Not So Good Part About This Program

My main beef with the No Nonsense Muscle Building program is that there’s ALOT (and I mean ALOT) of information for you to devour. Which can seem a little over whelming to some at first glance.

Even though the training manual uncovers the mystery behind building a lean muscular body (literally from A to Z as far as I can see) it was ALOT to take in. My suggestion is to take it in bite sized chunks, 1 day at a time.

I wish there was an option to get physical copies of the program. Reading all that information on a computer screen wasn’t too bad but being able to kick back and read it from a book and highlighting key things would’ve been alot better.

For those who absorb information better through hearing rather than reading or you find it more convenient to listen to things on your iPod or in your car there’s an mp3 version of the training manual as well.

Who is this Program "Really" For???

Even though this is a muscle building program, this information and methods inside appear more suited to hardgainers and skinny guys, basically guys who have a harder time building muscle.

After going the workout program, it’s pretty apparent that this program is also for someone with access to a gym or a well equipped home gym. If you don’t have access to either of these then this program may not be for you.

In order to get the most out of this program you should be someone who can afford $50 - $100 on food each week. (this is pretty much a requirement for anyone looking to build significant muscle). The good news is, this isn't in addition to your current diet, it's the cost of following a new and very simple muscle building diet.

If you cannot afford the food of a very simple muscle building diet ($50 - $100 a week) then you will have a hard time building muscle regardless of what you do or what program you get, and now might not be the right time for you to invest in this program.
